Lucie, the marketing specialist and community influencer for the SHIB team, recently took to Twitter to provide a glimpse of the revamped websites. Alongside this, she highlighted the latest updates that have been incorporated.
Notably, one of the key updates involves the closure of the intake form submissions for Shibarium, the highly anticipated Layer 2 solution. Shibarium, which was introduced in February 2023, just before the launch of the Beta Testnet, aimed to identify promising projects and extend support to those interested in contributing to the SHIB ecosystem.
Shiba inu Close Shibarium Intake Forms
The crypto community displayed immense interest in the Shibarium intake forms, with more than 3000 submissions recorded as of May 6. This number continued to climb, and as per the most recent update, Shytoshi Kusama, the lead developer of SHIB, confirmed that over 7,000 applications have been received by the team.
Furthermore, Lucie revealed that Bad Idea AI has now become an official partner of the Shiba Inu Ecosystem. Bad Idea Ai joins the ranks of Unification (FUND) and Welly, a Shiba Inu-themed burger joint, as listed on the new website.
These updates set the stage for the highly anticipated launch of Shibarium Mainnet. Speculation is circulating that the launch may coincide with the ETH Toronto Conference 2023, scheduled for August 15thβ16th in Canada, where Shiba Inu proudly holds the position of the official sponsor.
With the closing of the intake forms, it becomes evident that the Shibarium launch is drawing near. As the market takes a bullish turn, the SHIB team might strive to unveil Shibarium before August.
However, it’s important to note that the exact launch date for Shibarium Mainnet has not been disclosed by the team. As excitement builds and the crypto community eagerly awaits its arrival, further updates from the SHIB team are eagerly anticipated.
